From I-405 South

  • Take Exit 3/Talbot Road S. (New exit-- not yet available on GPS systems). 
  • Stay in the center lane after you exit. Continue going straight through intersection, crossing over Talbot Rd S.  
  • This will take you onto Renton Village PlaceKeep going straight on Renton Village Place. 
  • Evergreen building will be ahead, directly in front of you. (next to Roxy Cinema). 
  • We are on the 3rd floor.  Suite # 336.

From I-405 North

  • Take Exit 2 towards Renton/Rainier Ave
  • Turn right onto S Grady Way
  • The Evergreen building is on the right just behind the Red Lion Hotel.
